3 Items to Add to Your Morning Routine

Mid-way through the year, it’s likely that you are looking for new ways to freshen up your life in all aspects. Whether it’s in your home, your career, your routines, or your relationship, everyone needs a little pick-me-up mid-year to keep them going strong. One such part of your life to freshen up could be your morning beauty and skincare routine. You deserve a routine that will wake you up, keep your skin fresh and glowy, and make you look alert and ready for the day. If you want to switch up your morning beauty routine, here are three items to add that will make a real difference.

1. Consider Hemp Products

Hemp and CBD products are rather trendy at the moment, but that is because they actually work. CBD is a cannabinoid found in cannabis but does not contain THC, so it won’t get you high if you use it. CBD can reduce inflammation in your skin, which means no more waking up with a red puffy face. It can even be used to fight psoriasis.

You can also incorporate CBD into your routing using CBD flower, or hemp flower, in the morning. But what is a CBD flower? A CBD flower is a dried flower of a hemp plant with a low THC makeup. It can be used to soothe anxiety, promote healthy and deep sleep, and promote good digestion and a strong immune system.

Incorporating hemp flower or CBD flower into your routine can have a huge difference in your overall psyche. The first thing you may notice when you use CBD flowers may be a feeling of calm, but the main difference will be the sum of all of the benefits of CBD working together.

2. Actually Do Your Hair

For many of us, doing our hair is one of the most time-consuming and annoying tasks in the morning. Thus, many people forgo styling their hair altogether. However, if you wake up with bedhead or haven’t washed your hair in a couple of days, it can really behoove you to put a little extra time into styling it to make it look neat and fashionable.

If you have bed-head, run a flat iron through your locks to smooth things out. Or, for even less effort, comb your hair with a wet comb or brush, which will tame any lumps and crimps in your hair. If you haven’t shampooed in a bit, consider picking up a dry shampoo spray, which will absorb oil in your hair and leave you with plenty of beachy volume and bounce.

3. Learn the Best Makeup Look for Your Face

One way that you can make a major difference in your morning routine is by seriously upping your makeup game. Learning the best makeup for your face shape and skin type can make a big difference in how people see you and the way your face looks throughout the day. With foundation, you can say goodbye to looking red and splotchy and tired.

With a lip product, you can draw attention to your mouth and command respect when you’re speaking. And, if you use faux lashes, especially faux mink lashes which have a wispy natural look, you can make your eyes look far more away and alert than you could with mascara alone. Finding fake lashes that blend with your natural lash and are made of faux mink fur can give you the look of eyelash extensions and make you look glam every single day. If you pop on full strip lashes made of faux mink each day, you will give the illusion of a fresh, well-rested face.
