What Causes Acne Scarring?

LASIK and ALK do the same job- remove the underlying cornea tissue. In the former, however, the surgeon makes a small incision or cut in the sub- cornea tissue. In LASIK, a laser is used. The objectives are the same; to rectify the cornea so that light can be focused upon the retina. ALK is used to treat severe cases of nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism.
